1. Platform Overview

JobHubwale is an online job portal that connects:

• Candidates searching for jobs
• Companies/Recruiters posting job vacancies

The platform allows candidates to apply for jobs and companies to find suitable applicants.

2. User Eligibility

By using JobHubwale, you confirm that:

• You are legally eligible to register
• You provide accurate and truthful information
• You will use the platform only for lawful job-related purposes

3. Candidate Responsibilities

Candidates using JobHubwale agree that:

• Profile details must be accurate and genuine
• Applications should be made only for relevant job opportunities
• Candidate information will be shared only with companies where they apply
• Misuse, fake profiles, or false information may lead to account suspension

JobHubwale is not responsible for hiring decisions made by companies.

4. Company Responsibilities

Companies/Recruiters agree that:

• Job postings must be genuine and lawful
• Company details provided must be correct
• Companies may contact candidates only for recruitment purposes
• Posting misleading, fake, or illegal jobs is strictly prohibited

JobHubwale reserves the right to remove job posts that violate these rules.

5. Job Post Pricing & Validity

JobHubwale offers paid job posting services:

• One Job Post Charge: ₹499
• Post Validity: 3 Months (90 Days)

Job posts remain active on the platform for the purchased duration. After expiry, the job post will be removed or deactivated automatically.

6. Payment Policy

• Payments must be completed before job post activation
• All charges are displayed clearly before purchase
• Payment once made is generally non-refundable

7. Refund & Cancellation

JobHubwale does not provide refunds in the following cases:

• Job post already published
• Company changes their mind after posting
• Candidate response is low or not satisfactory

Refund may only be considered if:

• Duplicate payment occurs
• Technical error prevents post activation

Any refund decision will be made by JobHubwale support.

8. Data Usage & Privacy

JobHubwale collects and uses user data as described in the Privacy Policy, including:

• Candidate details are shown only to companies where the candidate applies
• Company details are shown along with job posts
• No personal data is sold or shared with third parties

9. Account Suspension & Termination

JobHubwale reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts if:

• Fake or misleading information is provided
• Users violate platform rules
• Fraudulent job posts or activities are detected
• Any misuse of candidate/company data occurs

No refund will be provided for terminated accounts.

10. Limitation of Liability

JobHubwale is a service platform only. We are not responsible for:

• Hiring outcomes
• Candidate selection decisions
• Company authenticity beyond basic verification
• Any direct or indirect loss caused by user interactions

Users are advised to verify details independently.

11. Modifications to Terms

JobHubwale may update these Terms & Conditions anytime. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the platform means acceptance of the revised terms.
