What JobHubwale is
JobHubwale is the public job board of Hubwale. It is a place to read job posts, apply for a role, or publish a vacancy. The site is not a recruitment agency. A candidate chooses a job and applies. A company writes the post and reads the applications that come in for that post.
A job page shows the position, the company name, the location, the skills the company asked for, and the pay when the company has entered it. If pay is not listed, the post says it will be discussed in the interview. Work type is shown as full-time or part-time when the company sets it.
Anyone can browse the job list without an account. To apply, a person registers as a candidate and adds a profile: name, contact details, education, skills, and experience. That profile is shared with the company only for the job the candidate applied to. It is not shown to every company on the site.
A company registers with a company name, phone, and address, then creates a job post. Publishing a post costs Free. The post stays up for 90 days. After that, the company can post again if they are still hiring. Candidates who apply are listed on that job so the company can contact them about the role.
JobHubwale also has a Career Advice section with notes on resumes, interviews, and looking for work. Those articles sit next to the job list so a reader can learn how to apply, not only see openings.
